Partner With Us

Connect the people you serve with housing, shelter, and recovery support across Colorado.

SafeSide Foundation works alongside case managers, social workers, shelters, courts, healthcare providers, and community organizations across Colorado. If you're working with someone who needs more than you can offer alone, we may be able to help.

We believe the best outcomes happen when organizations stop competing and start coordinating. Whether you're referring someone into our Pueblo shelter program or our Denver recovery housing fund, our team is responsive, communicative, and committed to keeping you in the loop on the people you send our way.

Our Flagship Program: The Pueblo Project

Recovery-oriented shelter services in partnership with the City of Pueblo

The Pueblo Project integrates peer support, case management, and recovery-oriented programming into the shelter environment, meeting people where they are and helping them take meaningful steps toward stability. If you are working with individuals experiencing homelessness in the Pueblo or southern Colorado area, we welcome referrals.

Who to refer:

  • Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability in the Pueblo area

  • People with substance use history who are open to recovery-oriented support

  • Individuals recently released from incarceration or transitioning out of crisis

  • Anyone who needs a more structured, supported environment

How the Referral Process Works

Step 1 — Reach Out:

Contact us directly with a brief overview of the individual's situation and which program feels like a fit.

Step 2 — We Connect:

We'll follow up promptly to discuss the referral, ask any clarifying questions, and share current availability.
